Can I add a member without email?Yes. A full name is enough to create the record; email is required only for claiming and email-based self-service.Does a payment grant access immediately?A confirmed payment creates or extends a term. The term and configured rules determine access.Can we import shared household email addresses?Yes. They are reviewed as warnings rather than automatically merged into one member.Why can’t a member open an issue?Inspect the current term, issue eligibility, exceptions, and effective entitlement before changing the record.
